Refund Policy
Thank you for being a valued member of IDEM Club. We are committed to delivering quality service and maintaining transparency in all our transactions. Please review the following refund and dispute policy, which is designed to comply with applicable card network rules and consumer protection standards.
1. Membership Refunds
a. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the current billing cycle has started.
b. If you have purchased a quarterly, semiannual, or annual membership, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your term.
c. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining from the date of the refund request.
2. IDEM Token Refunds
a. If you have purchased IDEM Tokens but have not used them, you may request a full refund of the unused amount.
b. Tokens that have been redeemed or applied toward services are non-refundable.
c. IDEM Token refunds are processed separately from membership refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
a. Fees associated with the purchase or processing of memberships or IDEM Tokens (e.g., platform or administrative fees) may be non-refundable.
b. Any such fees will be disclosed prior to your purchase or at the time of enrollment.
4. Refund Processing Time
a. Once a refund request is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
b. Refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable card network rules. If a service was not received, not as described, or charged in error, you may file a dispute directly with your card issuer in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover guidelines. IDEM Club will cooperate with all good-faith chargeback investigations and may issue direct refunds as needed.
6. Timeframe for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, or within 30 days from the date of the original transaction, unless otherwise specified in a product-specific policy.
