Refund Policy

Thank you for being a valued member of IDEM Club. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction. This return policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read it carefully before proceeding with any refund requests.

 

  1. Membership Refunds: a. Membership fees are non-refundable once the month has started. b. If you have paid for your membership on a quarterly, semester, or yearly basis, we will refund the pro-rata amount for the unused portion of your membership term. c. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of unused months remaining in your membership term, starting from the date of the refund request.
  2. IDEM Refunds: a. If you have purchased IDEM and have not used them, we will refund the full amount of the IDEM upon request. b. Refunds for unused IDEM will be processed separately from membership refunds.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees: a. Please note that any fees charged for the purchase of the membership and IDEM are non-refundable. b. These fees cover administrative and processing costs associated with your membership and IDEM purchase.
  4. Refund Processing Time: a. Once your refund request is approved, please allow a couple of days for the refund to appear on your credit card. b. The exact timeframe for the refund to be reflected on your credit card may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please be aware that all refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase or as otherwise communicated to you at the time of your membership enrollment.
